International Evaluation of the Finnish National Innovation System
The Finnish Ministry of Education together with the Ministry of Employment and the Economy has comissioned an international evaluation of the Finnish national innovation system.
Finland seems to be quite well-positioned to meet future challenges. On the other hand, late structural changes and financial crisis have caused needs for further reforms.
